Our prices at European Kitchen Group are very comparable to local joiners who offer a similar standard. The feedback we’ve had from many of our valued clients that have seeked out multiple quotes, have stated that usually our quote sits somewhere in the middle. We are not the cheapest, but there are many local joiners that are charging a lot more than us.

Europe is at the forefront of design and material selections, and offer finishes that are not yet available in Australia. European manufacturing is of the highest standard worldwide, their attention to detail is second to none. Both of the companies that we work with are small (by European standards) family owned businesses that take their manufacturing very seriously and run their machinery around the clock. The cupboard edging methods they use are not available in Australia, come in and see for yourself.

Depending on the finishes selected, the average lead time (from the confirmation of the order) is between 12 to 14 weeks. When your kitchen arrives in Australia, the cabinets are already fully assembled and ready to be fitted by our quality installers.

Yes we do. Our free “Snap Shot Design” service is an an obligation free appointment with our design team, where you can bring in your floor plan and appliance selection (if you have already selected your appliances). We like to allow at least one hour, we will ask lots of questions, digging deep to find out what you are really looking for. Once our designer has created your new kitchen (usually 7-14 days), we invite you back for a presentation, revealing your 3-D model on the big screen, fully priced, including shipping. If you choose to work with us from this point a 5% Engagement deposit is required to move forward.

The Australian kitchen market follow trends that are happening overseas (usually a few years behind), at European Kitchen Group we are setting trends ahead of what you will see anywhere else in Australia.

Handles had been replaced with the sleek “Grip-less” look for the past few years. However, we have seen a return to beautifully crafted handles recently. There are no hard and fast rules, many people choose a few strategically placed handles over an entire kitchen full of handles, the choice is up to you. Both of our European Manufacturers offer a vast range of handles to choose from.

If any part of your European Kitchen is damaged and needs replacing we can re-order the parts from our manufacturers quite easily, using your original order number.
